As a device for ideation, we made a system which consists of a huge white board, a projector and a web camera. You can freely write on the board with projected information you need, and the result will be quickly captured by the camera.

What we did to make a white board is just fixing 1 mm polyvinyl chloride board. It's an extreamely simple and low-cost design.
1mmの透明塩ビ板を貼り付けるだけでホワイトボードは完成。極めてシンプルかつ低コストな設計である。
We put the projector on the shelf at opposite side. We put it upside down because the position of the projector is too high to project on the proper area. Moreover we put the web camera next to it.
向かい側にある棚にプロジェクターを設置。設置位置が高く、投影の位置がうまくホワイトボードと合わなかったため、プロジェクターをひっくり返して設置するという荒業を使っている。その横には記録用のWebカメラも設置した。

For example, you can write over with a plan which is projected. What you wrote will be quickly captured by the web camera. This is a device which seamlessly connects analog and digital information.
